About Tusk

For almost thirty years, Tusk has supported forward-thinking and successful conservation work in Africa.  We partner with Africa’s leading and emerging conservationists to protect endangered species, reduce human-wildlife conflict, find sustainable solutions to preserve critical habitats, and combat poaching and the global demand for illegal wildlife products.

Under the patronage of HRH The Duke of Cambridge, we have helped pioneer an impressive range of successful conservation initiatives across more than 20 countries, increasing vital protection for over 10 million acres of land and more than 40 threatened species. This includes providing vital protection for both black and white rhinos, and many other iconic African species.

From the savannahs of Kenya to the deserts of Namibia, we’re working towards a future in which people and wildlife can thrive across the African continent. But for now, the threat to Africa’s unique natural heritage remains real and more urgent than ever.
